About the position

As an Industrial Mechanic with us, you will work on repairing production machines and manufacturing components and parts for them. You will participate in projects, work with preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. The role also involves some responsibility for ordering spare parts and coordinating services from external contractors.

You will be part of a maintenance team that has extensive experience, broad expertise, and a focus on collaborating to solve everyday problems as well as the toughest maintenance tasks. You will work closely with production operators, Production Managers, and occasionally external suppliers, which is facilitated by good communication and dialogue. Since the machines handle various types of materials, accuracy and understanding of the entire process from start to finished product are required.

The position is a permanent employment and the role involves shift work.

Training and introduction will take place during regular day and evening shifts before transitioning to night shifts.

Your background

We are looking for someone with a technical vocational education or equivalent. Experience in industrial repair work, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry, is an advantage. Knowledge of pneumatics, sheet metal, and welding skills is also a plus.
